I have been married to a wonderful woman for 42 years and we are blessed with two children
and four grandchildren. I retired a few years ago from a long career in public service. I found it
easy to relax comfortably just resting and doing little in the way of physical and mental activity. I
learned that in this stage of our lives, we can feel that our sense of purpose is fading. I decided
to step away from this way of thinking and feeling and looked for ways to reinvent myself and
share my God-given abilities and strengths.
I am now a Certified Life Coach, working with adults guiding them in facing all kinds of life
challenges. Initially I looked to work with individuals who are retired or facing retirement in the
near future, helping them unlock new opportunities in this exciting life chapter and fulfill their
deepest aspirations with the wisdom and grace that only this stage of life offers. I help others in
this journey to transform perceptions of this stage from an ending to a beginning, to embrace
fresh opportunities and realize most cherished dreams, guided by the wisdom and grace of our
life experience and a deeply rooted faith in God. I have been able to do this myself.
My experience as Life Coach has led me to meet and work with individuals facing other life
challenges. These include revisiting abandonment issues throughout our lives starting with
childhood, in adolescence and later in life, all kinds of relationship issues, career challenges,
faith and spirituality among others. My hobbies and interests include reading, traveling,
spending time with family and friends and participating in Catholic faith ministries and activities.
